Botox is a drug that is used to treat wrinkles and facial creases. It is a purified
form of botulinum, a neurotoxin causing botulism, injected in minute amounts especially
to treat muscle spasms and relax facial muscles in order to reduce wrinkles. Botox
injections use a toxin to prevent a muscle from moving for a limited time. They are also
used to treat neck spasms, sweating, overactive bladder, lazy eye and other conditions.
