By accessing or using this Site, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments
Appointments can be scheduled through the Site or by phone. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
· Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $100.
· No shows will also be charged $100.
· All payments are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, CareCredit, Cherry and Patient Fi.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws. By using this Site, you consent to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Online Purchases
13.1 Products & Availability 317 Aesthetics Lounge offers products for sale through the Site, including but not limited to skincare products, gift cards, and promotional items. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue any product at any time.
13.2 Order Acceptance Your placement of an order does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability, limitations on quantities, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a full refund.
13.3 Payment & Billing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. We accept all major credit cards. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to promptly update any changes.
13.4 Shipping & Delivery We will make every effort to ship orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including carrier delays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
13.5 Returns & Refunds Online product sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the personal nature of skincare and aesthetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damaged or defective merchandise. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at info@christopherjonesmd.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. Please see our Refund Policy here.
13.6 Gift Cards Gift cards purchased online are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards may only be redeemed for services or products offered at 317 Aesthetics Lounge.
