Refund policy

At Christopher Jones M.D., P.C. d/b/a 317 Aesthetics Lounge our goal is to provide the highest quality medical and aesthetic care. Due to the nature of our services and regulatory guidelines, we maintain the following policies regarding returns and refunds:

Medical & Aesthetic Services

· All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a treatment is performed, the cost of the procedure is non-refundable regardless of the outcome, as results may vary by individual.

· Treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once any portion of the package has been used. Some treatment packages may have a “use by date”. Unused portions of treatment packages that “expire” are forfeited and non-refundable for credit or monetary reimbursement.

· Unused portions of treatment packages may be eligible for account credit upon management approval.

· If you are not satisfied with your treatment results, please schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss further options with your provider.

Deposits & Cancellations

· A deposit and/or a valid credit card is required to reserve appointments for certain treatments or consultations. This deposit will be applied toward your service.

· Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee of $100.

· No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.

Product Returns

· Open or used products may only be exchanged if there is a documented allergic reaction within 7 days of purchase.

· All injectables, prescription products, and medical-grade skincare are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety regulations.

Gift Cards / Gift Certificates

· All gift cards and certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

· They can be used toward eligible services and retail products at Christopher Jones M.D., P.C. d/b/a 317 Aesthetics Lounge.

Surgical Procedures

· All surgical payments are non-refundable once the procedure has been performed.

· Should the patient cancel a procedure more than 20 business days prior to the date of the procedure, a full refund of surgical payments will be issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

· Cancellation of surgery less than 20 business days before the procedure date will result in forfeiture of deposit.

· Rescheduling your surgery more than once will result in a $500 rescheduling fee. This fee must be paid prior to selecting a new surgery date.
